Drones - the future of aviation. Cyber Titans will be introduced to the world of drone competitions where precision flying, teamwork, “team” flying, and coding will win the day (and the competition). You’ll learn all about drones and how they fly. We’ll teach you how to program your drones to fly, light up, and do cool tricks. With plenty of hands-on flying time, you’ll be a drone champion in no time!

Camp Objectives:

• Students will build their own drone
• Students will learn drone flight patterns and how to properly fly a drone
• Students will learn the fundamentals of aerodynamics
• Students will learn how to program drones for autonomous flight
• Students will work in teams on various activities related to the theme of the camp to facilitate teamwork and idea exchange
• Students will hear from subject matter experts during the “lunch and learn” portion each day that will focus on real-world application of skills learned and how skills can be incorporated into career planning​​​​​​​
